SCTE Member of the Year Nomination Form

Purpose:

To identify and recognize the SCTE member who has made the most significant contributions to the Society through active participation in its programs and efforts during the past year.

Eligibility:

Active SCTE membership.

Selection Criteria:

The award subcommittee will select recipients based upon the nominees’ personal efforts at the global, national and/or local level that have furthered the success of the Society during the last year.

Recognition:

The recipient will be formally recognized at SCTE Cable-Tec Expo, in SCTE Interval and on the website at www.scte.org.

Nomination Deadline:

Nominations for the 2020 award are due by July 1, 2020. Submit the nominee’s photograph and resume, and any supporting documentation, to awards@scte.org.
